Our Professional Rules

Our experienced counselors will work with you to gather all detail job requirements either over the phone, in person or electronically.

Every applicant has to fill out an application and is interviewed in our office prior to referring her/him to you.

The applicant's identification is verified and recorded.

Applicant's references are checked by calling the former employer.

Every applicant must pass medical examination mandated by the state of Illinois.

We order applicant's state or nationwide criminal record upon acceptance of employment.

Employer receives a 'Referral Slip' with applicant's personal and professional background.

We respect your time and do not refer people who do not meet your job requirements.
